About Us

Alternative Beauty is a family run business with 15 years experience situated in
Glasgow Road, Wishaw, close to Wishaw General Hospital in Lanarkshire.

We provide a wide range of Beauty Treatments for Women and Men including Dermalogica Cleansers, tanning, nails and a wide range of Holistic Therapies including Reiki, Clinical Aromatherapy, Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Thermal Auricular Therapy (hopi ear candles) and Hot Stone Massage.

We are situated just 25 minutes from Glasgow City Centre and 50 minutes from Edinburgh City Centre.

Launch of Dermalogica new overnight repair serum

Alternative Beauty would like to invite you to the launch of Dermalogica new overnight repair serum from age smart on wednesday the 14th of march at 7pm at our salon 232 glasgow road. This event is free of charge and you can get hands-on with dermalogica's new powerful peptide serum which helps to stimulate cell renewal and firm the skin to help reverse the skin of ageing as this new product contains 90% peptides where your average moisturiser only gives you 20-30% and it also contains over 12 aromatherapy oils.

Please feel free to bring friends along with you on the night we will be carrying out free face mapping and demonstrations of the new age smart micro zone treatment we will also be teaching you how to carry out a great, quick and east accu-pressure massage which you can do yourself to help benefit the product, leave a feeling of relaxation and help promote sleep.
